UniPack Terms of Service


Welcome to UniPack! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using UniPack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.


1. Introduction

UniPack is a provider of all-in-one kits for students and individuals to make their transition into new living spaces seamless and stress-free. These Terms apply to all purchases, interactions, and engagements with UniPack.


2. Eligibility

  • Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or older. Minors may use our services with parental or guardian consent.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you meet these eligibility criteria.

3. Ordering and Payments

  • Order Process: Orders can be placed via our website. Confirmation will be provided upon successful order submission.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • UniPack currently provides shipping only within the Sydney area.
  • Free Shipping: Delivery is free for orders without specified delivery times. Orders will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe based on UniPack’s schedule.
  • Scheduled Delivery: Customers requiring delivery on a specific date (morning or afternoon) will incur additional fees:
    • Sydney city and surrounding 10km: $10 AUD.
    • Within 20km of Sydney city: $20 AUD.
    • Within 30km of Sydney city: $30 AUD.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. UniPack is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Individual Buyers: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if items are damaged, defective, or missing upon delivery. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind.
  • B2B Partners: Partners must inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported before signing the delivery receipt. Once signed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

6. Use of the Website

  • You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to unauthorized access, spamming, or hacking.
  • UniPack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • UniPack’s liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product or service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of New South Wales.
